Offering employees’ the opportunity to receive personal information about the health risks that affect them gives them a powerful incentive to take positive action - either to seek treatment or to make changes in the way they live.


 

Lifestyle health check

Our Lifestyle Health Checks enable individuals to review lifestyle behaviour and personal health on a one-to-one confidential basis with our trained and qualified wellness advisors, who have both academic and practical experience in health and well-being.

During the 30-minute appointment, the following aspects are measured: 

 

The appointment also includes a lifestyle consultation and an individual follow-up report.

We take care of the administration of the appointment booking process and provide a summary report after the health assessments are completed.   Our only requirement is a suitable meeting room/office that is easily accessed by your employees.
